Warranty & Durability
Plastica Liners come with a 5-year pro-rata warranty on all 20 thou and 30 thou liners, ensuring you receive lasting value and peace of mind.
Advanced Protection
Plastica liners are impregnated with algicide to provide added protection against algae growth, keeping your pool cleaner for longer.
Important Installation Notes
- Temperature: Install liners only in air temperatures above 10°C to avoid stiffness and difficulty in fitting.
- Pattern Considerations: Plastica’s Patterned Swimming Pool Liners allow you to mix and match designs, but darker patterns may show slight white lines along the weld due to the base material. This is normal and not a defect.
- Aesthetic Variations: Keep in mind that liner colors may vary slightly from printed images, and aesthetic issues are not covered by the warranty.
Vertical Welds & Complex Orders
- Some vertical weld joins may be necessary and will be placed at our discretion.
- For complex designs or manufacturing, additional lead times may apply.

Ensure your liner fits perfectly by measuring your pool only after construction is complete. For replacement liners, remove the old liner before taking measurements.

Sample Calculation for Different Pool Types
- Rectangular Constant Depth: Multiply length x width for the floor area, and perimeter x wall height for the wall area.
- Shaped Wall Pools: Follow the same floor formula, but use the maximum depth for the wall.
- Hopper & Wedge: Multiply length x width by 1.3 (for constant depth pools), then calculate wall area.
- Round Pools: Use diameter squared for floor area, and circumference x height for wall area.
