Please note that shipping to most UK mainland postcodes is free for all orders over £100.00 plus Vat. Orders under this amount will be subject to a standard shipping charge of £7.46 plus VAT.
Some areas for example, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may require additional charges on certain items. In such circumstances we will always contact you for your confirmation before dispatching the goods.

We frequently ship pool packages, equipment and accessories to European and Worldwide destinations.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ANY SWIMMING POOL OR SPA CHEMICALS OR WATER TREATMENT PRODUCTS OVERSEAS AS THEY ARE DESIGNATED AS HAZARDOUS .
The prices shown on the website are for UK Mainland deliveries and there will be an extra carriage charge for items being shipped overseas. Our web shop will recognize that you are an overseas customer when you place your order and will automatically add on a £8.95 part payment carriage charge to alert us - but this is not what you may have to finally pay.
Choose your items and put them in your basket. Dolphin Leisure will check out the lowest price for shipping then contact you with the extra carriage charge.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away, and under normal circumstances if the item is in stock, goods are dispatched by UK mainland couriers/carriers on a next day service. It is more realistic however to allow up to five working days, particularly during the winter months, owing to current UK road conditions.
Please note you must always arrange for someone to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the consignment.
Usually Pool Packages and Portable Spas and Hot Tubs are in stock however some of the larger items may have to be ordered.You will always be contacted by our Customer Services Department to make and confirm delivery arrangements for large consignments. In addition, you may not be ready for us to deliver your pool or spa straight away, for example you may have a holiday booked or be waiting for an electrical installation, in which case we can arrange for delivery to take place once you are ready.
If we have to alter delivery arrangements or organize a morning delivery before a certain time this will incur an additional charge.
Please note that Portable Spas and Swim Spas sometimes require a crane to be available, which will need to arranged, and will obviously incur additional cost.
We are usually able to arrange delivery of a large consignment on a specific date (but cannot guarantee this) We can however never specify an exact time. The customer accepts that if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the carrier is unable to deliver on the arranged date, the goods will be delivered as soon as possible.
