Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail, or with complete confidence over the Internet using our secure connection. We also accept payments by PayPal.

Alternatively, you can pay by cheque, if you prefer, although the cheque must be received by us at least five working days before despatch, in order for the cheque to be cleared.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term in case a mistake has been made in pricing or description, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable; likewise, if a product is no longer available, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.

Please do not put goods marked £0.00 in your basket. This indicates that prices are only available 'on application'. Please  ask us to contact you by email or call us on 08451 30 30 67 express your interest and get a quotation without obligation.

Shipping And Handling

Please note that shipping to most UK mainland postcodes will be free for all orders over £100.00 including VAT. Orders under this amount will be subject to a standard shipping charge of £8.95 including VAT.

Some areas for example, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may require additional charges on certain items. In such circumstances we will always contact you for your confirmation before despatching the goods.

Overseas Shipping:

We frequently ship pools and equipment to European destinations. We are able to arrange shipping of most items (except chemicals)  in our online store to Europe, so please contact our Customer Services Department on 08451 303067 for help and advice, before adding items to your basket. If you have put items in your basket for overseas delivery before contacting us you will automatically be charged £8.95 on the invoice which will alert us and you will be contacted before dispatch of the goods and advised what the extra carriage charge will be. Please note, the £8.95 is not what you may finally have to pay for overseas carriage.

Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away, and under normal circumstances, most goods are despatched by UK mainland couriers/carriers within five working days. Please note you must always arrange for someone to be available at the delivery address to receive & sign for the consignment.

Pool packages and portable spas are very large consignments, and you will need able bodied people on site to assist with unloading. You will always be contacted by our Customer Services Department to confirm delivery arrangements for large consignments. In addition, you may not be ready for us to deliver your pool or spa straight away, for example you may have a holiday booked or be waiting for an electrical installation, in which case we can arrange for delivery to take place once you are ready.

Please note that very large products such as One-piece Pools, Portable Spas and Swim Spas may require a crane to be available to lift the goods onto your property, which you will need to arrange, and will obviously incur additional cost.

We are usually able to arrange delivery of a large consignment on a specific day, but we cannot guarantee or specify an exact time.

Dolphin Leisure accepts no responsibility for goods incorrectly installed by the customer or others.

Luxe Pools

Luxe have four delivery vehicles constantly travelling a European circuit. For United Kingdom deliveries, the average transport time from Lithuania is 5-6 days. With this in mind, we aim to arrive midweek (Wednesday afternoon). If offloading facilities are on site, the pool can be offloaded immediately OR the driver can stay overnight and offload first thing in the morning.

If a crane lift is required, we suggest scheduling a Thursday lift hire.

Please note, we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delivery delays as we are at the mercy of traffic conditions and ferry schedules.

Due to European delivery schedules; exact delivery dates or times CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

If customer/dealer is unable to take delivery due to site access or off-loading difficulties the pool will be transferred to Paramount Pools head office. Storage, transportation charges will apply including return visit.

Back Orders

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will supply a product of equivalent price and quality. Should we not be able to supply an alternative, we will contact you with an estimate of when the item will become available again and put it on back order for you. Should you  prefer not  to wait for the item you will be given the option to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added from 4th January 2011.

All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, any credit card numbers sent are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you prefer, however, you may either call us with your credit card details, or select Invoice with Order, then arrange to pay us by some other method, for example, by cheque.

Returns Policy

 

Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on

ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FAULTY

and

ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FAULTY AND THAT ARE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please note however, we will apply a 20% handling and administrative charge on any  items returned (over £50-00 in value), that are not faulty.

We will also apply a 20% restocking charge if goods that are not faulty have been returned without any prior arrangement with the Dolphin Leisure Team to explain why they are being returned.

Goods that have been shipped outside the UK and returned will automatically be subject to a 20% handling and administrative charge.

We will not take back any items that are not, a usually stocked item that has been specially ordered, or, have been made specifically for the customer to a unique size or specification.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THEIR OWN CARRIAGE FOR THE RETURN OF ALL GOODS, UNLESS WE HAVE SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE THE GOODS COLLECTED.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive .

We will advise you on whether the goods are to be collected by the manufacturer or supplier because they are faulty or if you are to send the goods to us at

As soon as the goods have been received back by us and checked , the appropriate refund will be made to the card used for the purchase or by cheque if payment was made by cheque. 

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the absolute property of Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd until paid for in full. No goods will be despatched therefore until full payment has cleared.
