ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FAULTY
and
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FAULTY AND THAT ARE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Please note however, we will apply a 20% handling and administrative charge on any items returned (over £50-00 in value), that are not faulty.
We will also apply a 20% restocking charge if goods that are not faulty have been returned without any prior arrangement with the Dolphin Leisure Team to explain why they are being returned.
Goods that have been shipped outside the UK and returned will automatically be subject to a 20% handling and administrative charge.
We will not take back any items that are not, a usually stocked item that has been specially ordered, or, have been made specifically for the customer to a unique size or specification.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THEIR OWN CARRIAGE FOR THE RETURN OF ALL GOODS, UNLESS WE HAVE SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE THE GOODS COLLECTED.

We will advise you on whether the goods are to be collected by the manufacturer or supplier because they are faulty or if you are to send the goods to us at

As soon as the goods have been received back by us and checked , the appropriate refund will be made to the card used for the purchase or by cheque if payment was made by cheque.
