Making A Purchase

Shopping with us is simple:

  1. Browse our store and add items to your basket.
  2. Once you're ready, click ‘Checkout’ and provide the necessary details to complete your order.

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo
  • PayPal: Secure online payments
  • Other Methods: You can also send payment by phone, fax, mail, or cheque. Please note, if paying by cheque, it must be received at least five working days before shipping to allow for clearance.

Order Confirmation:
When we confirm your order, it means we've received it. However, this does not create a contract until we process the payment and ship the item. If there are any issues with pricing, description, or product availability, we’ll contact you first to discuss alternatives or any price adjustments.

Important:
Do not add items marked as £0.00 to your basket—they are available "on application." For pricing inquiries, please contact us via email or call us at 01323 766600 for a no-obligation quote.

Shipping & Handling

  • UK Mainland Shipping:
    Orders over £100.00 (including VAT) qualify for free shipping to most UK mainland postcodes. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee of £8.95 (including VAT) applies.

  • Additional Charges:
    Certain areas, such as Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm any extra fees before dispatching your order.

  • Overseas Shipping:
    We regret to inform you that we no longer arrange shipping to European destinations. However, European customers are welcome to arrange their own carriers for delivery. We are happy to provide all relevant weights and dimensions to assist you in obtaining shipping quotes. Please note, we do not offer VAT exemption on overseas orders.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, most items are dispatched within five working days via UK mainland couriers/carriers.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the consignment.

  • Large Consignments:
    Pool packages and portable spas are large items, so you’ll need able-bodied people on site to assist with unloading. Our Customer Services team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements for these large items.

  • Flexible Delivery:
    If you're not ready for delivery, for example, if you have a holiday booked or are awaiting an electrical installation, we can schedule delivery for a time that suits you.

  • Heavy Lifting:
    Very large products, such as One-piece Pools, Portable Spas, and Swim Spas, may require a crane to lift the goods onto your property. You will need to arrange this at your own cost.

  • Delivery Days & Times:
    We can often arrange delivery on a specific day, but we cannot guarantee or specify an exact time.

Note: Dolphin Leisure is not responsible for any goods that are incorrectly installed by you or others.


Luxe Pools Delivery

Luxe Pools operates a European delivery circuit with four vehicles. For deliveries within the UK, the average transport time from Lithuania is 5-6 days. We aim to deliver midweek (Wednesday afternoon), and if offloading facilities are available, the pool can be offloaded immediately. Alternatively, the driver can stay overnight and offload the following morning.

  • Crane Lifts:
    If a crane lift is required, we recommend scheduling a Thursday lift hire.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delays due to traffic conditions or ferry schedules.

Due to European delivery schedules, exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. If you or your dealer cannot accept delivery due to site access or offloading difficulties, the pool will be returned to Paramount Pools' head office. In such cases, storage and transportation charges will apply, including the cost of a return visit.

Back Orders

 

If the item you've ordered is out of stock, we will offer a product of equivalent price and quality. If we are unable to provide an alternative, we will contact you with an estimated availability date and place the item on back order for you.

If you prefer not to wait, you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Tax Charges

 

  • For orders placed from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT will be added to the total price, effective from January 4th, 2011.
  • Orders from outside the UK and EU are VAT exempt.

 

 

Credit Card Security

When you place an order on our website, your credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. These details are only decrypted once they reach our secure system and are never stored in clear text on the website.

Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which protect your rights when purchasing goods online, by phone, or by mail order.


14-Day Right to Cancel (for Distance Sales)

If you change your mind about a purchase made online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This applies only to standard, non-customised items.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel in writing (email or letter) within the 14-day period.

  • Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods to us in unused, resaleable condition and in their original packaging.

  • A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.


Returns and Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

You must notify us as soon as the fault is discovered, and in all cases within a reasonable time.

We may require that the item be returned for inspection. Where a product is found to be faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection via the manufacturer.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are non-returnable unless they are faulty:

  • Specially ordered items

  • Custom-made products (e.g., liners cut to size or bespoke pool covers)

  • Used items not in original packaging

  • Items returned more than 14 days after receipt without prior agreement


Additional Charges (for Non-Faulty Returns)

If you return an item that is not faulty, the following fees may apply:

  • A 20% handling and administrative charge for goods valued over £50.00

  • A 20% restocking fee if goods are returned without prior agreement from our Customer Service Team

  • For international returns, a 20% handling and administrative charge will apply unless the item is faulty


Customer Responsibility for Returns

Unless goods are confirmed to be faulty and we have arranged return collection, customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of goods. We recommend using a tracked, insured service for returns.


Customer Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability

To ensure issues are resolved quickly and fairly:

  • Customers must inspect goods promptly upon delivery

  • Any issues must be reported within 14 days or as soon as reasonably possible

  • If a fault is suspected, customers must cooperate in allowing us to inspect or investigate the issue

Failure to report a problem promptly or to return the product for inspection may affect your rights to a refund or replacement.

Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd will not be held liable for:

  • Any damage to pools, structures, or property resulting from delayed reporting of product issues

  • Any consequential or indirect losses (e.g., landscaping repair costs, water loss) that could have been avoided through prompt communication

  • Issues arising from improper installation, use against instructions, or alterations made by the customer

Our liability is limited to the value of the original goods supplied, unless otherwise required by law.

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the property of Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd until full payment has been received. Therefore, no goods will be dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
