Full Description

  • Vycon block and liner kits are constructed with a tried, trusted and conventional method of building a swimming pool, using 100mm concrete blocks laid flat.
  • All pool kits are available for delivery from stock and can be tailored with a range of additional products to meet the individual needs of the end user.
  • Any blocks and associated materials required to complete the pool structure will need to be sourced locally, but the kits are supplied with all the necessary equipment required to complete a swimming pool installation.
  • Pool kit sizes are examples, but can produce kits to suit individual requirements.

What is contained in each kit?

Plumbing Kit - Top Mount Liner lock, Box of Masonry Nails, 6" Radius Multi cut Liner lock Corners, 6" Radius corner inserts, Liner Wide Angle Skimmer/s, 6" Anti Vortex Main Drain/s, Pre-plumbed Liner Eyeball Return/s, Pre-Plumbed Liner Vac point, 3m Lengths of Class C ABS pipework (2" pipework also included in 32'x16' and above), ABS pipe Cement, Double Union Ball Valves, 90º Elbows, 45º Elbows, Sockets, Socket unions, Equal Ts, Socket Nipple 

Liner - Patterned, Plain or Plain + Tileband 30 thou (0.75mm) thickness (10 day lead time) or On-Site lining (Booking well in advance required)

 

Filtration kit - Vision Top Mount (MPV) Bobbin Wound Filter, Aquaspeed pump and Silica Sand filter media

Maintenance Kit - 8'-16' Telescopic Pole, 10" Scoop Thermometer, Vac Hose, Kornea Vac Plate, 18" Pool Brush, Deep Bag net, Liner Vac Head, 3 Tread Stainless Steel ladder
