  • Please do not send your cleaner in for inspection until we have provided you with the necessary shipping details.

  • Due to high demand for cleaner repairs, we are unable to provide specific timescales for repair completion. Please consider this when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Warranty Claims: If you believe your cleaner is covered by warranty, please email selina@dolphinpools.co.ukwith your proof of purchase and serial number.

Dolphin Cleaner Service Process:

  1. Preparation and Shipping
    Once your order is placed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and send your cleaner to us.
    (Address and process details will be emailed after the order is confirmed.)

  2. Inspection by Professional Engineers
    Our experienced engineers will inspect your cleaner to identify any issues and determine the necessary repairs.

  3. Quotation for Repair
    After the inspection, we will contact you with a detailed quotation for the cost of repairs.

  4. Your Decision
    You can decide whether to proceed with the repair or consider purchasing a new Dolphin cleaner.

  5. Repair Process
    Once you approve the quote, we will issue an invoice for the repair. After payment is received, we will proceed with the necessary repairs and return your cleaner as quickly as possible.

  6. Collection for Larger Cleaners
    For larger cleaners, a collection service with a crate is included. Once your order is placed, we will send you the details on how to arrange the collection.
